Я не могу установить xampp, что мне делать?

Вылетает токая ошибка;

Говорит, что порт заблокирован, на котором пытаетесь запустить Apache. Обычно порт занимает какая-то программа, например 80 порт может занимать Skype. Нужно сменить порт на 8080 или 8081, как в уроке рассказывается. Иногда помогает перезагрузка компьютера.
