Please read these terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of FructCode.
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and FructCode OÜ (“FructCode”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the FructCode website, courses, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
You are responsible for your use of the Services. In particular, you agree that:
We work hard to keep the Services available, but we provide them on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and access may be suspended from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our reasonable control. We may add, change, or remove features, courses, or content at any time without notice.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, if you consent at checkout to immediate access to course content, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun (§56(2) Law of Obligations Act). If the withdrawal right has not been waived, a refund will not be issued if: (a) you have completed 3 or more lessons, (b) you have earned 100 or more XP, or (c) more than 14 days have passed since purchase. To request a refund, email info@fructcode.com. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days and refunds issued within 14 calendar days.
You may deactivate and delete your account at any time by emailing us at info@fructcode.com. On request we will deactivate your account and delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
We may change the Services, including the courses offered and their prices, at any time. Changes to prices do not affect access you have already purchased. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
All content provided through the Services — including courses, lessons, text, video, graphics, code, and the FructCode name and logo — is owned by FructCode or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FructCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
